FoodChéri’s product had strong potential but suffered from inconsistent interfaces and friction in the ordering journey. Users struggled to quickly understand meal options, navigate menus, and complete purchases. Internally, the lack of a scalable design system made updates slow and error-prone, limiting the ability to improve the product at speed.
Results
I redesigned the product experience with a clear, user-centred approach, streamlining navigation, refining product flows, and creating a consistent visual language. Alongside this, I introduced a scalable design system that reduced complexity and supported faster iterations. These improvements made browsing and ordering more intuitive, built stronger trust with users, and directly increased engagement, conversions, and overall satisfaction.
